About the RoleWe’re seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Associate to expand Capitol Settlements’ network of realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners. This is a 100% commission-based position offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong industry relationships.
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations to promote Capitol Settlements’ services.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals, lenders, and builders to grow referral partnerships.
- Manage leads, prospects, and pipeline activity using company tools.
- Represent Capitol Settlements with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (real estate, mortgage, title, or related industry preferred).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.
- Reliable transportation for in-person meetings and events.
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
