Business Development Associate (Commission-Based)

About the Role We’re seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Associate to expand Capitol Settlements’ network of realtors, lenders, builders, and other referral partners. This is a 100% commission-based position offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong industry relationships.
  • Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations to promote Capitol Settlements’ services.
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, lenders, and builders to grow referral partnerships.
  • Manage leads, prospects, and pipeline activity using company tools.
  • Represent Capitol Settlements with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (real estate, mortgage, title, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person meetings and events.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
