Karina is a Settlement Attorney, Title Producer, and Lead Processor, at Capitol Settlements, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2016 with a concentration in Real Estate and obtained her DC bar license in 2020. With title producer licenses in MD, DC, and VA, she has worked in the real estate title industry since 2014, starting with Capitol Settlements in 2021.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, Karina excels in managing complex real estate transactions from start to finish. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows her to provide excellent service to a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, Karina is a sports fanatic, especially passionate about soccer and basketball, both of which she has played throughout her life. Her team-oriented approach and dedication to excellence make her a vital asset to the Capitol Settlements team.
