Since co-founding Capitol Settlements in 2007, Jacquelyn B. Eskay has been the driving force behind the company’s growth and reputation for excellence in the real estate and title industry. As Owner and Managing Attorney, Jacquelyn brings nearly two decades of experience, a deep legal background, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.

Jacquelyn began her academic journey at the College of William and Mary, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. After clerking for the Arizona Court of Appeals and serving as an Assistant Attorney General in Arizona, she transitioned to the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. It was in 2005 that she discovered her passion for real estate law, launching her career in the title industry.

A visionary leader, Jacquelyn has guided Capitol Settlements through the ups and downs of the real estate market, consistently embracing innovation and driving the company forward. Her ability to adapt to industry changes while fostering a culture of excellence has made her a trusted name in the mid-Atlantic real estate community.

Outside of work, Jacquelyn enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth soccer, and giving back to the community through her work as a board member with the United Soccer Coaches Foundation and the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association.
